Research has proved that there is a direct link between nutrition and health

Everyone can benefit from maximizing their 'optimum' health status. Although there are some fundamental basic guidelines that can help to improve your health, each one of us is unique, we have different DNA, different fingerprints and, believe it or not, a different tongue print. We all have variations to the way we  live our lives, from the food we eat, to the thoughts we think. Different environments and situations impact on our physiological and psychological state. For example, whether we smoke, drink alcohol, live in the city, have sedentary jobs, eat on the go, suffer from stress, etc. The disparity in the circumstances and the way in which we react  to them, will create a different 'cause and effect syndrome' on each one of us.

Good nutrition doesn't necessarily mean good absorption. many people eat healthily yet still suffer from poor digestion and nutrient deficient symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, mood swings, muscle cramps, dry skin, weight gain, weight loss, anaemia, anxiety attacks, constipation, IBS, depression, high/low cholesterol levels, high/low blood pressure, yeast infections,  PMS, to name  but a few.

So how do you know what's right for you?

This program assesses you as an individual, all aspects of your lifestyle are analysed, cross-referenced with your health issues and a lifestyle plan that helps support your way of life is structured for you. Comprehensive laboratory tests are conducted to measure stress, toxins, hormones, bacteria, cholesterol, vitamin and mineral deficiencies. We can also test for food allergies and intolerances.
